Which ones are you referring to? Happy to look at it. The ranges on the cheat sheet are pulled from published research and are intentionally conservative as starting points. Dosing is highly individual and context dependent which is exactly why I always say do your own research. But if something specific looks off to you I want to know about it.

@HunterEsoteric I signed up for this and the dosage and length of treatment are WAY off. Do your own research before following this please

@HunterEsoteric Is this the free cheat sheet? The one I'm interested in isn't listed. Cost $50 to look any deeper

Good question. It's called the nocebo effect. Basically the opposite of placebo. Participants get told the same list of potential side effects as the drug group going in and some of them experience those symptoms anyway just from expectation alone. Shows up in basically every clinical trial. The mind works in both directions.

Retatrutide Phase 3 results just dropped. Read this. 70 pounds. That's the average weight loss at 12mg over 80 weeks. Not the best case. The average. → 45% of patients hit 30%+ body weight loss → That's bariatric surgery territory without the surgery → 65% dropped below the obesity BMI threshold completely → At 104 weeks they were still losing. No plateau. → Blood pressure down. Triglycerides down. Cholesterol down. → No cardiac signals. No liver signals. → Even 4mg produced 19% loss with fewer side effects than placebo Everyone is going to post the numbers today. Here is what most of them won't explain. The reason Retatrutide keeps working past 104 weeks when everything else stops is the glucagon receptor. Semaglutide and tirzepatide have no glucagon component. They suppress appetite and improve insulin sensitivity but they don't directly drive energy expenditure the way glucagon does. Glucagon tells the liver to burn fat directly. It increases resting metabolic rate. It suppresses new fat creation from carbohydrates. That's the mechanism nobody is talking about today. So while semaglutide patients are fighting a slowing metabolism and a body that has adapted to the drug, Retatrutide patients are still burning because the glucagon component keeps the metabolic furnace running. This is also why Retatrutide users tend to lose more visceral fat and see better lipid improvements than tirzepatide users at equivalent weight loss. The liver is actively being targeted. Semaglutide and tirzepatide both plateau around 60 to 72 weeks. Retatrutide was still dropping at 104. I've been saying this for years and the data keeps proving it right. They deleted my YouTube a few months ago. 300 hours of peptide and health content just gone. Except it wasn't. I had already built a backup library and every video is still there completely free. If you've been looking for something I used to cover it's probably in here 👇 library.hunterwilliamshealth.com
