While I support the decision to involve the original creators of the characters to create a more faithful representation, it's still an exaggeration, especially with Slendytubbies. Considering the precode content and what was expected, they already had a good representation in-

And obviously they're not going to contact Sega, but they will use the guidance of a professional lawyer who obviously has full knowledge of the law to make the necessary adjustments that don't infringe any copyright.
