FINAL FANTASY XIV Mobile is officially shutting down. Tencent’s LightSpeed Studios and Square Enix have announced that FINAL FANTASY XIV Mobile (Chinese Edition) will end service on September 30, 2026. As part of the same announcement, the game’s planned global release has also been canceled. According to the official statement, the decision was made due to “adjustments in business operations and changes in the market environment.”
