@sincessamagica because using retroarch with a mouse and keyboard sucks and what takes 30 seconds with a mouse is 10x faster just using the BARE emulator without a frontend

@HunterRule38487 Front end works perfectly fine with controller, keyboard, mouse, AND touch (I've used the Android version before too) imo so I'm not entirely sure where you see the problem tbh

@HunterRule38487 @sincessamagica Shaders primarily. There's not a lot of emulators that support high end shaders like Retrocrisis or Death to Pixels. It also makes retroachievements pretty easy.

@HunterRule38487 I like it because its on Steam so it works with Steam Input, comes with basically every core you need out of the box, and because the UI is clear, concise, and organized so that its easy to get going in the least amount of time possible
