6 months ago I was told I’m very close to tearing my UCL before I started working with @Coach_Matt_PT. In his 3 month throwing program I gained 11 mph and was able to hit 90 on my pull down. Huge thanks to Matt and all he has done for me!! Excited for the upcoming spring season.
