@TheBrancaShow @DonutOperator @unlimited_ls That would be understandable if it were a motorcycle hitting a car, how does this justify the bicyclist being on the road that’s designated for cars and motorcycles instead of on the sidewalk or at least not in the middle of the road

NEW: Cyclist goes airborne after crashing into a car that pulled out in front of him
STORY: "First, I'm okay. I was doing laps on a hill in Brookline when a driver pulled out in front of me. They clearly didn't look.
Somehow I walked away with only a gouge in my knee and no other injuries praise God. It could have been so much worse.
The driver kept creeping out until they completely blocked my lane. I could have swerved, but I would've become a pancake if the driver kept pulling out or if there was an oncoming car. Instead I decided to ride the brakes and take the impact. Fun fact, it's hard to slow down on an 11% decline.
Those 4 seconds felt long

The aftermath: the driver stopped and called 911. In 2 minutes, there were 5 cops, 2 fire trucks, and 2 ambulances. I like attention but not that much attention.
My Madone cracked in half. It was nice for the 3 months I owned it. I put about 3000 miles on it, so that's more life than most Madones get to live. We're working on getting a replacement. The driver's insurance accepted liability."

She does, and the homeowners come out chasing her down.
