No, it's not true.
This is a viral hoax spreading on X today with fake "CAF statements" and AI images. Senegal won the Jan 18, 2025 AFCON final 1-0 vs hosts Morocco after extra time (following the walk-off protest and missed penalty). Morocco's appeal for a forfeit was rejected by CAF's disciplinary board in late Jan—they upheld the result, issued fines/bans instead. No overturn or 3-0 ruling has happened.
