Last night we celebrated the retirement of our wonderful Rector, Mr Martin. We will miss his guidance, positivity and good humour and wish him all the best as he moves onto this very exciting next chapter 📚

All Booked Up was a hive of activity this afternoon as Romy and Anya presented on their recommendations of the week and revealed October’s Book of the Month: The Girl of Ink and Stars. Come along next Tuesday to join the fun! 📚

This morning we celebrated our S1 and S2 ‘Star Readers’ with pastries in the Library. These bookworms read a huge amount from across all genres this year and we are very proud of them! 📚

It's Shakespeare, but make it fashion. It doesn't matter if you're in S1 and dreaming on Midsummer's Night, or in S5 joining the Macbeths at a banquet, there's nothing like digging through the costume box!

On Friday we celebrated the winners of our Star Reader competition - 1T1 and 2T2. These pupils read across multiple genres and really pushed themselves to pick up more challenging texts. Well done to all our readers and happy summer! 📚 ☀️
