35 beautiful years of marriage to his wife, Denise. A woman who has been by his side nearly as long as he’s been around the game.
After passing away unexpectedly at the start of the season, his 2nd run at a ring is a little lonelier.
She’s still with him though. This week, he shared with me a touching memento he carries with him everywhere. #Patriots

Per the physicians at UC Medical Center, Damar is making continued progress in his recovery yet remains in critical condition.
He continues to breathe on his own and his neurological function is excellent.
