When Iran attacked US bases in the Gulf, so-called Muslims were outraged. But now, as Israel mercilessly kills hundreds of innocent people in Lebanon, the same voices have gone silent.

Trump threatens to destroy an entire civilization tonight, yet Iranians stand on the streets with unmatched valor and loyalty to their land. Even if Iran is wiped off the map, history will remember it as the real winner.

Israel is attacking historical sites in Iran and destroying them, but Iran cannot do the same because Israel does not have such ancient historical sites. Also, even the late martyred Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was older than the state of Israel.

Dakhni as a Living Integration of Languages in the Deccan Dakhni feels like a conversation that refused to choose sides. It carries a Hindustani base, older Persian and Arabic layers, and the rhythmic cadence of Telugu streets. This was not a forced blend; it emerged naturally through centuries of people living, trading, and building communities together across the Deccan. In Telangana, this history is tangible. For a long time, even after Independence, Urdu remained the medium of instruction in many rural schools. My father studied in that medium, yet at the same time, everyone learned Telugu. Bilingualism was not a political statement—it was simply the fabric of daily life. Why Dakhni matters today Languages like Dakhni (or Deccani) show what happens when multilingualism becomes the norm rather than the exception. You do not get "pure" boundaries between cultures; you get continuity and mutual borrowing. Common markers like  nakko  (don't),  kaiku  (why), and  hau  (yes) signal a long-running contact zone between Hindustani, Marathi, Telugu, and Kannada. Preservation through public history I am not a historian, but I find these integrations fascinating. My friend @YunusLasania has done incredible work documenting this through The Hyderabad History Project. His research highlights that while we may learn Standard Urdu or Telugu in school, Dakhni survives because it is the language of the home, the bazaar, and our most authentic selves. History has its hard edges, such as the Razakar violence before Indian independence but the longer arc of the region shows a deep-seated tolerance and a shared vocabulary that persists despite modern standardization. If you want to understand the Deccan, listen to what people speak when they are not trying to sound formal. The language tells the story of a culture that values integration over isolation. Do you have a favorite Dakhni phrase or a memory of the multilingual schools in Telangana? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments. I also want Honorable @SajjanarVC_IPS sahab to intervene in all police stations & ensure they do not act under the influence of political leaders, as this is very common in Hyderabad. The law should be applied equally to all, citizens, leaders, police, and every govt official.

Law stands above MLAs, MLCs, corporators, ex-corporators, and any powerful or influential leader. Anyone who attempts to obstruct the government from discharging its official duties is accountable. Kudos to @hydcitypolice for ensuring the law is equal for all.

Today, the world echoes together, from New York to Washington, London to Paris, Madrid to Rome, Tokyo to Seoul, Delhi to Hyderabad, saying NO TO WAR. Over 3,100 protests erupted globally against Western policies, marking one of the largest protest movements in history. #IranWar

Dr. Sivaranjani got a court case! For 8 years, Dr Sivaranjani has been raising concerns about fake ORS! Last week she got a court case from one such company. Companies in India spend crores on lawyers and Bollywood celebrities. Imagine if they instead spent on good quality ingredients as well? This is not just a court case on Dr. Sivaranjani, this is also an attack on freedom of speech. Companies should remember that Freedom of Speech allows Freedom to Criticize. Share this video to support @dr_sivaranjani and help this reach more Indians.

Ghulam Yazdani: The Man Who Saved Ajanta Caves ( yesterday was his birth anniversary ) Ghulam Yazdani (1885–1962), a pioneering Indian archaeologist and long-time director of the Hyderabad Archaeology Department, played a decisive role in preserving the Ajanta Caves at a time when they were fragile, under-documented, and at risk of decay. Discovered in 1819 but neglected for decades, Ajanta’s murals needed urgent care. From the late 1920s, Yazdani undertook a monumental photographic and scholarly survey, producing multi-volume works that documented the frescoes in unprecedented detail. His publications not only preserved their visual record but made them accessible to the world. Beyond documentation, he led conservation efforts at Ajanta and Ellora Caves, improving infrastructure and initiating systematic preservation under the Nizam’s patronage. His work earned him the OBE (1936) and the Padma Bhushan (1959), and he trained a generation of Deccan historians. Despite this, Yazdani remains a largely forgotten figure. Yet much of what we see today at Ajanta survives because of his lifelong dedication — a quiet guardian of India’s artistic and civilizational heritage.
