@HydroFlask just bought one of your coffee bottles with the flex sip lids and very disappointed to find it only keeps my coffee hot for less than 5 hours! Feeling cheated!

@HydroFlask doesn't disappoint. I left mine sa lab kahapon, with water inside (cold but not iced). Siguro around 4:30 PM ako nag-refill. Tapos just now, 6:18 AM I opened it and to my surprise ganun pa rin s'ya kalamig. Hahahaha

@PostGradZach To avoid any issues, it’s best to travel with the bottle empty or open while in flight and refill it after passing through security or once you’ve reached your destination.

@PostGradZach We recommend that you avoid sealing it with liquid inside during the flight. Due to changes in air pressure, a sealed bottle with liquid can create pressure buildup, potentially causing spills or making it difficult to open.

@HydroFlask why do your water bottles explode every time they are taken on a flight?? Absolutely insane that I end up soaking wet every time I fly with your product.

@rlmo Our lids are covered under our lifetime warranty. We would send out a new lid for your bottle. You would need to fill out the claim in the above link.
