HL spot vs perps volume is just 1%, while the median for CEXs is around 15 to 30%. So there's a ton of room for spot to grow. HL have competitive advantages over both CEXs and other DEXs. HL should continue gaining market share from both. Composability is only just getting started. The L1 isn’t even priced into the $HYPE valuation right now. It's currently trading at a 12 to 15 P/FCF, while HOOD is trading at 50. And this is based only on perps revenue. The L1 network effects are not priced in at all while HL already has more TVL than many other L1s. On top of that, there’s potential for new asset classes like tokenized equities to be added. In a 1 to 5 year timeframe, it seems pretty clear that HL has massive room for growth, imo. And this path is much clearer than Pump one, at least for now.
