Great day at @SciMelb Open Day! We presented our airborne facility and showed how hyperspectral + thermal sensing detects plant stress (biotic & abiotic) before symptoms are visible. Hands-on demos highlighted how sensors can see beyond the human eye in early detection of stress.

Excited and proud to welcome our new Postdoctoral Research Fellow, @danielle_ydtang. Her research will focus on integrating remote sensing & plant physiology for drought resilience, with @TomasPoblete17 & Prof. Michael Tausz, in the DAFF-funded Survival Signatures project.
