Just cancelled switching to @Hyperoptic because they insisted on wanting to install a new fibre connection even though I already have a full fibre connection. This country is so wasteful - the renationalisation of basic infrastructure cannot come soon enough.

I am moving to a new apartment my landlord has sold the apartment I’m in. I rang @Hyperoptic to sort out my Broadband contract, unfortunately they don’t cover my new address but have agreed there will be no early Termination fee. 👍👍 great service highly recommended

When we called them, they said the address is in outage and they would keep us updated by SMS. We didn't receive any SMS updates, and also we don't have any information on when the internet is going to be back on.

What is going on with @Hyperoptic on NW2? They scheduled maintenance on August 13th. The internet went down for a few hours. At 6 AM, the internet came back on, but it was terrible, dropping all the time. Then, at 6 PM, we lost the signal, and they haven't fixed it yet.
