Most westerners use「femboy」 & 「trap」 interchangeably to refer to Otoko no ko in anime/manga, but in real life 「trap」 has fallen out of style overseas due to pressure from certain groups, however a lot of people still like and prefer it! 「Femboy」 is definitely the most popular designation right now~~ 「Sissy」 mostly just exists today as a niche fetish genre in my experience
