Who would have thought that by Hytale having server side mods, servers would end up having exclusive content mods. It looks like we are going to have a very dark future with Hytale servers full of predatory practices to gatekeep content mods.

I work full time on delivering experiences to my players, they keep asking me for more and more, how am I suppose to give them what they want and be able to live in the same time if I cant guarantee an income ?

@Hysako_ @Buuz135mods @Simon_Hypixel Look at skyrim there a huge mods and they cost nothing because the people behind it did it because they loved working on it and not to make money. If you want to create something create your own game and don't mod a game you don't even own.

@WVbtw @Buuz135mods For your knowledge, mods and plugins have little to no difference. What we call Minecraft plugins just dont require something like forge to run. Mods can be server side only depending on what you do with them and you dont download mods on joining a server.

@Hysako_ @Buuz135mods plugins are not mods, when a server has a mod, it will download to your pc, and you should have access to it. a plugin is only on the server

@StilesClover_ @Buuz135mods Also no servers is pay to play, simply because this is not a reliable model. But yeah I can see ways Hytale could have some better modding scene that feels great for the average player while empowering its creators, seems like @Simon_Hypixel is trying to figure that out

@StilesClover_ @Buuz135mods High quality modded content is made by people that devote so many hours, days, weeks, months crafting refined experiences for you to enjoy. What you are saying is just anti creator. At the end of the day nobody is forcing you into buying anything if you dont think its worth it

but for that we'd need to disable the weapons being used in the base slots. Some features like memories too, would be nice if we could disable. Thanks for reading me and for all your efforts ! #Hytale has been great to work on so far, the future is really bright it's great.

- being able to edit more deeply certain aspects of the base game, for exemple we're looking into doing a proper weapon splot for specific gameplay purposes so the player can only wield one specific type of weapon tied to some new class skills and passives.

Hi @slikey / @Simon_Hypixel ! With my team we are curently trying to implement custom UI elements and edit existing ones to accomodate our game loop (early mockups bellow) But it seems that right now most stuff can't be changed and are client side only. When could we do that ?
