@HyundaiIndia Is this the same Hyundai that ignores active warranty claims? Toplink Howrah ignored my Check Engine light under warranty, now my Creta engine is dead at 50k km. They want ₹1.44L and the GM Arnab threatened me with 'garage rent' to pay it. Docket: 8822490.

Very disappointing experience with @HyundaiIndia showroom. After purchasing the car, promised accessories are still not delivered. On top of that, GM Mr. Vikas showed highly unprofessional and rude behavior, refusing to properly address concerns and saying “jo hai woh le jao.”

@HyundaiIndia Please re-think to buy the hyundai vehicles recently i have purchased creta and within 5000 Km started the engine warning ⚠️ due to DPF error still i am facing this issue, service center hyundai experts have no idea to resolve this issue last week also serviced no changes 😞😞

*Never buying a from @HyundaiIndia again* in my family we have had several generations of @HyundaiIndia cars starting from Ascent to Santro, followed by Grandi10 and Venue, and finally we got an Aura. Ours is a 2-3 car garage considering the different requirements.

Formal Escalation – 18 Failed Service Visits & Professional Misconduct @HyundaiIndia I am writing this with deep frustration regarding my Hyundai (Delivered 24-March-2024 from HMP Ekkatuthangal). What should have been a premium ownership experience has turned into a repetitive nightmare due to gross negligence and technical incompetence. The Timeline of Failures: • Service Incompetence: Every time I leave the car for a single issue, the service center creates a new problem. I have had to visit the service center 18 times for reworks. • Botched Accidental Repair: Following accidental damage, the car was not painted properly. It took 4 revisits specifically for the paint job, and it is still not fixed to standard. • New Damages by Staff: To make matters worse, the service team damaged my parcel tray and my front light while the car was in their custody. • Unprofessionalism at HMP Alandur: When I raised these concerns at HMP Alandur, I was met with discrimination and unprofessional behavior. From the ground staff to the leadership, the "audacity" and lack of accountability is shocking. Is this the "service" @HyundaiIndia prides itself on? Why is a customer forced to become a regular visitor at a service center just to get basic quality work done? I demand an immediate investigation into the conduct at HMP Ekkatuthangal and HMP Alandur and a permanent resolution for my vehicle’s condition. @HyundaiIndia @HMP_Hyundai @jagograhakjago @Consumeraffair @HMGnewsroom @Hyundai_Global #HyundaiIndia #HMPChennai #ConsumerRights #ServiceFailure #Chennai

Extremely poor service from and @HyundaiIndia. Car was delivered to service without any issue. After keeping it for 5+ days, a new fault (boot button not working) appeared — and I was never informed. Now both are denying responsibility and pushing the cost on me. #AckoInsurance
