This mornings fire was contained to one structure. Crews from EF&R, Bothell, Shoreline, Redmond Fire and Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue were able to prevent the spread to neighboring homes.

Yesterday, cardiac arrest survivor Briana Sanders and her family stopped by Station 31 in Woodinville to thank the EF&R crew and the @NORCOM911 dispatch team who helped her survive. It was an impactful moment for everyone involved.

An active Seattle firefighter/EMT died suddenly yesterday just before coming on shift. We are heartbroken by this tragedy and are all grieving the loss of our friend and colleague, Matt Runte. A procession is about to begin from Seattle to a funeral home in Kent.
