@sourfraser @virginmedia Virgin are the definition of best product wins. Because every other aspect of their business is piss poor. We had exactly the same issue. After weeks of delay the installation team turned up only to let us know that the building actually already had a connection.

I don’t often do this. But this studio move has been so stressful and now it’s made even worse by @virginmedia delaying our internet installation by 2 weeks and giving us no other solution other than paying to get out of our contract. Absolute madness. Even though we’ve been customers for 5 years. So now I have to delay our entire team moving by 2 weeks…. Thanks guys.

If you're a freelancer blagging that you're more established than you really are, make sure you don't use invoice#1 as your billing reference when you get the gig. Somewhat gives the game away 😉
