In order to do that you need to sell Badiashile, Fofana and Disasi for huge loses so you can replace them with van Hecke and Senesi. Same thing for Ndiaye and Rogers, you need to sell Garnacho and Pedro neto for huge loses. Considering Chelsea reported the biggest loses of all clubs in Europe I don’t think that’s even remotely possible. As for Elliot Anderson, why would you want another player who occupies the same positions as Caicedo?

@Blue_Footy Exactly, Hiring an inexperienced coach to coach inexperienced players is just like a blind person leading another blind person

Our problem starts with giving every power at the club to the inexperienced Sporting Directors. They can be SDs if we have an experienced Technical Director. Now, most of their decisions feel like they are scared of people who will challenge their authority. It's very political for them. Someone like John Terry should be part of the coaching staff. Thiago Silva didn't need to leave when he did. Building a project of young inexperienced players specifically needs an older head experienced manager. It seems like they are scared of the unknown, and it's clouding their judgement.
