On the way to the airport and my Uber driver is singing and dancing, swearving and speeding. I'm thinking about giving her a tip while leaving her a 1 star. Wouldn't want her to kill her next passenger.

I'm in an Uber and I'm terrified by the way she's driving. It's 4am and I think she's sleepy. How can I give this lady(possibly late 40s) a bad rating and mess up her livelihood?

This is getting weird. I’m not happy with the way we are behaving. Charlie Kirk believed what he believed and if you didn’t agree with him it doesn’t give you the right to kill him. Also, no one should harm you for feeling happy over his death. This is weird.

Come on Sophie, obviously you haven’t been to Detroit or Cleveland… you should support your Midwest sisters in this league and these two great cities that you’re going to come to know and love very shortly.

Hey @Browns when will you have that #2 @ShedeurSanders Jersey available. I want one ASAP just because of how people treated him so poorly. Thank you for taking a chance on him and I look forward to cheering for y’all.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO SHEDEUR SANDERS IS THE MOST STUNNING AND DISGUSTING DEVELOPMENT IN NFL DRAFT HISTORY. HE SHOULD'VE GONE 1ST OVERALL. MEL KIPER RANKED HIM 5TH, ABOVE CAM WARD AT 6TH.

@garyblack00 Expecting 5% of half of Republican voters to suddenly buy a Tesla this year just because Trump endorsed it is wild. People don’t buy new cars like they do sneakers. If his endorsement could actually move that much money overnight, the Trump meme coin wouldn’t be tanking right now

President Trump’s endorsement of Tesla today is potentially HUGE. Recall that 77.3M (49.9%) of American adults who voted selected Trump. Applying 49.9% to the total U.S. adult population of 260M implies 129.7M who likely align themselves with Trump and respect Trump’s opinions. From Morning Consult we learned that 26% of Republicans would consider buying a Tesla. That’s 33.7M potential U.S. TSLA buyers among Republicans. If even 5% of Republicans who would consider buying a TSLA buy one after seeing today’s Trump/TSLA infomercial that’s 1.7M incremental TSLA purchases, vs a $TSLA FY’25 global delivs forecast of 1.8M.
Gary Black@garyblack00

New poll from Morning Consult among 69,300 Americans shows an increasing % Reps who would consider buying a Tesla, while a declining % Dems would consider buying a Tesla. Unfortunately per a Gallup 2024 survey Dems significantly overindex in purchase intent of an EV in the first place (61% Dems would seriously or might consider an EV purchase vs 24% Reps vs 44% Americans overall). $tsla

I lost my last bit of respect for Obama when he repeated the “fine people” hoax in a speech right before the election
KanekoaTheGreat@KanekoaTheGreat

NEW: Tech billionaire and lifelong Democrat Mark Pincus reveals his "Red Pill" moment, sparked by Mike Solana's Pirate Wires and the "very fine people" hoax, culminating in him voting for Donald Trump. "I started reading @PirateWires and @micsolana, and I thought he was a little crazy at first because he would write these articles, and one he wrote was about how the Ukrainian soldiers had swastikas on their helmets, and the NYT photographers would ask them to take the swastikas off for photos." "I said that can't be true, and then four months later, it was in the NYT buried in the middle of the paper, and I kept seeing stories like that that he would be early on. So, I started feeling more uncomfortable and queasy with what was going on with mainstream media." "Then, in May 2024, I read an article that talked about Trump's speech in Charlottesville, where he said there are good people on both sides, and the article said it was completely propaganda and didn't actually reflect what he said. That he denounced the Nazis a bunch of times in his speech, so then I went and watched that video, and that was my red pill moment." "I think it was for a lot of people because it wasn't just the media or politicians spinning it. That speech was one of the pillars of why you were supposed to hate Trump. Then you see Biden say that's why he had to run a second time, and Obama says it, and Biden brings it up again at the DNC." "They clearly know they are misrepresenting things, so for me, that was beyond uncomfortable. Now, I have to go back to first principles and look at the primary data, listen to only original speeches by people, and I just realized I couldn't trust the mainstream media." What was your Red Pill moment? Drop your story in the comments.👇

Raising capital for startups is stupid, they want you to learn how to be a story teller and network really well when you should be worrying about growing your business. The model is broken, and I plan to fix it! 💡

Hopped off a call with seed stage founders based in SF paying themselves $65k salaries. Average salary for a seed stage founder in case folks didn't know is $133k. No need to starve.
