@lichfieldlocal Yes that’s so true. It even helps our brains release feel-good hormones. My hubby and I had only been at one of these on a cruise once it’s really fun. Different people dance (and sing!) to different tunes they hear over headphones. Highly recommend! #LichfieldLocal
