Same issue is happening with me. My order was delivered partially. When called store manager, he said remaining items are infront of me, delivery guys mistake. From yesterday I am chasing customer care and store manager. No one is replying. @burgerkingindia #burgerkingFraud

I spent 54560 and got a refund of 54361. As per @flipkartsupport It's seller has kept the 199 of offer handling fee, even when Flipkart failed to deliver on set date of 13 and delivery guy being a complete goon. @Flipkart makes a profit even on failed orders. #FlipkartFrauds

After much of a hassle, now @flipkartsupport @Flipkart agreed to refund by adding cancellation charges of 220, and offering a gift card of 199 to buy. So, I'll always be at loss. #Flipkart is company of goons and thieves. @jagograhakjago @ndtv @CMOMaharashtra @PMOIndia @AmitShah

So now my order is still with delivery guy with no option to cancel, till he calls me. 2nd way is to go directly from seller to cancel and wait for 7-8 business days for cancelation and refund. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport Worst possible e-commerce platform ever. @ndtv @TimesNow

Keep the thread updated, similar issue is happening with me. Customer care executive said I can cancel from my end with full refund. But now I don't see an option to cancel the order at all. If I knew @flipkartsupport @Flipkart was so horrible I would have never ordered.

@flipkartsupport Since your customer support agent on the call confirm that the Refund was processed from the backend team,I need the Transaction Id for the refund processed, if i did not get the transaction id latest by 9 Am in the morning, Consumers Court will take over the issue.
