IBLRG is made up of volunteers from a transport background, most of which don't actually live on the Brigg line. Our job is to increase footfall to demonstrate a case for a better rail service for Brigg and Kirton-in-Lindsey. We are not associated with, or support NNLCRP.

#NationalLimerickDay There are people on the 72 mile long Brigg line who would like to catch a train. But it only runs 1 round trip Monday to Friday which is quite a pain. An improved service is a must, giving those communities connectivity we trust.

@alexhornbyrail @northernassist Any update from the 💡 contractors ? The timings on the platform lights, both at Brigg and Kirton in Lindsey were flagged up months ago, as they will need to be altered for this Saturday special services.

With the extra services running on the @IBLRG Brigg Line next weekend, I’d though I’d plan how to best bash Brjgg, Kirton in Lindsey and Gainsborough Central. Well is going to be tough with the line between Sheffield and Wakefield Westgate closed, plus @northernassist daft 2-car trains. Means I’m probably standing all the way to Sheffield, and going to have to pay £20 for a taxi between Brigg and Kirton in Lindsey. Makes me question if the pains is even worth it?
