Extremely poor after sales service @IDEXX @Laboratories @IdexxUK @IDEXXRecruiting My ProcyteDx machine is not working for the past month. The reports read zero for all parameters. Multiple visits by the technician who just keeps running rinses that have been useless.

@Animal_Doc_Nik @peakcooper The IDEXX DecisionIQ library is growing and supports multiple conditions, including vector-borne infections, chronic kidney disease staging, and endocrine disease risk (including Addison's detection and liver enzyme differentials like Cushing's Syndrome).

@IDEXX @peakcooper Right… I am familiar with this. It doesn’t provide guidance yet on general CBC or Chemistries. But it is helpful primarily for low dose dex tests and guidance with diagnosing Cushings. I’m sure it will only improve in the next few years!

Here's a reproduction of the entire diagnostic from start to finish. Consists of me stating symptoms and facts, at certain points telling it which tests were ran, and asking the AI for its opinion on what is the most likely option until getting the complete diagnosis. 1/3

@peakcooper Which usually does well, and then when I ask harder questions, it isn’t always the best response. I think it’s a great tool to help remind medical professionals of all the possible ruleouts. You should send this thread to @Idexx to consider linking with our diagnostic results.
