Let’s get things straight, for all those entitled #Syra out there: 1. #Auralis has streamed and trended low batt from the get go… And they’re not obliged to prove a thing. They stood by Smart’s side since day one.. Thanks to them, Smart was able to thrive and survive all hardships… No one can question that… 2. Responding to a cry for help is a responsibility for all human beings not just fans, you should’ve shared your encouragement too as a decent human being. If not and even telling that person to shut up is beyond any horrible behaviour. 3. From what I comprehended, Syra are now boycotting GIR and Smart’s events because Auralis are there? Weren’t your support as “Mommies”, unconditional?! 4. Fans are simply not going to those monthly FM which only serve as a pay check, travel fees and an opportunity for site seeing for @GrandIvoryRec team. because. The events are becoming so repetitive. He doesn’t perform his songs. All they do is playing games and see him dance covering other artists… What is that? While those events can be a great chance to promote his music… 5. Fans having fun with the artist is totally fine, their interactions are mostly cute… some behaviours might come off as irresponsible, but all of those fans respect Smart and go to his events to support. No one means harm to him. 6. Ages ago, I told you all that the rules and the allowed things in events are dictated by the company itself. However, GIR are open enough to make Smart rub fans hands with lotion and to hold his Mommies hands for ages during the 1v1 talks, and that’s outrageous and more concerning…. No one asked him if he was comfortable doing those things.. let’s be consistent, shall we? 7. GIR going the lengths and posting a photo filled with her artist’s previous partner is massively telling of how professional, dignified and completely competent company they are. Who in their right minds do that? Isn’t that calling for hate from antis and they know that so well… 8. I now see a considerable number from you asking GIR to man up and be a little bit like TL and prohibit CP fans things.. well, at least they can be more professional. But let me remind you all that was one of the main reasons you left Phi’s side and started a hate train towards him before becoming solos. How come you want the same thing now? 9. You are asking GIR to not bring Smart to China anymore, where his biggest fandom is, and send him where exactly? LATAM? Where we have been waiting for ages for them to issue visas? Due to which the event was postponed twice? Just see the amount of ridiculousness in the comment section in the organiser’s account. Or Taipei, or Brazil in which both events were cancelled… China is their market now, all of you know that. Till his new series drops, not many things can be done… 10. You claim that Smart’s fame isn’t related to TL, WeTV… Leaving legal issues and moral debates aside, Smart’s fandom is growing backwards… and 90% of his fans are from TF which was produced and commercialised by them. Eight months later, what GIR has provided for him let’s say fandom wise? I believe he lost so many especially, in LATAM… 11. All fans ordered albums and bought them, they were supposed to start shipment that was expectedly delayed as anything else.. and the inconvenience is real with no news at all… Now imagine the LATAM fans’ inconvenience and disappointment after booking tickets, hotels, asking for leaves twice… They’re humans with lives, and mostly #Auralis too ☺️There are still no refunds, No new dates, and all GIR did was sending an empathy-empty statement like any other from them. They scheduled the song for the tour’s date instead… They know how to absorb your anger and they keep getting away with their dumb moves…. All Smart’s problems reside within GIR, as I said in my previous post… Regards, P.S who in their right mind send money bouquet gifts for such incompetent team? #WeAreSyra

Yeah, honestly…. People can’t understand how big LATAM is… along with TF… this is another major blow for his career… Any reasonable company would make ends meet and make it happen at all costs… While GIR only had to fill paperwork…. Imagine the lack of responsibility and accountability with them.. Let’s always remember that Smart is an artist under GIR not NS…. they are the ones who are supposed to be eager to make things work for him, and know their artist best interest So it might be just like you said, how difficult filling those papers can be?

@IDGAF0dwi Honestly I do not care what NS was like. They did their side of things short of holding their hand and taking them to their appointment. GIR purposefully sabotaged this and made Smart miss out on something that could have been HUGE for him. This finger pointing is insane.

Syra wants to paint this like blame should be shared. GIR did not take ANY initiative in this scenario and refused to do anything to make this tour happen. I don’t care what NS did. What GIR did is inexcusable. Stop trying to deflect responsibility. #syra #Auralis

The dispute is between two companies and artist. We as fans are not directly connected with it, so our opinion is not relevant neither help the court to solve the issue (this is the main reason of evidence). We can talk about the case but let’s not spread misinformation about it

But you don’t know what kind of case might be filed later on! That’s why fans must be cautious all the time… Not just for the artists but for the fan himself… Actually, Smart and Phi both can file lawsuits easily, but their companies are too lazy to do so… and all those accounts can be held responsible for the damage they caused..

@IDGAF0dwi Breach of contract and defamation are to different cases until they will be either filled together or connected by court. From what we know and that’s the point here, there’s not defamation case going on, because we don’t know what is truly happening bts..

If the fan said he got that information from someone he must know that will be him putting that person in the legal process… They can’t just say I knew about the breach from that person and move on… He’ll be questioned… and if he isn’t saying the truth… he’ll be lying to the law… And of course the other person will have to prove his innocence somehow…

It isn’t the court… it’s the legal team of the defendant and the victim who will look at every little detail… GIR are considered very small company compared to other major stars like Amber Heard, Johnny Depp, Blake lively and so on… You can’t just say defamation isn’t the case here… Actually… a case can be filed here… all the accounts who defamed the companies, the artists or anyone can be brought up…. The legal team job is to look for those teeny tiny holes, missteps and miscalculations…. Every little detail matters…

Well about that, In general, those spaces are electronic documents that can be used in let’s say for example defamation lawsuits…They can bring up certain account to verify them to see if the opposing party is the one behind those accounts and so on…. And Let’s say one fan stated a fact about the artist, they knew from someone, this fan can be questioned to know from where he or she got that information to prove or deny…
