@csteinmetz1 and @mattricesound bagging the "Best Paper Award' at @IEEE_WASPAA for the second time in a row! Context: there were 3 best student paper awards and 1 best paper award. They won best paper while also being students. Massive!

It was a great opportunity for me to present part of my PhD thesis at @IEEE_WASPAA. I had great and insightful discussions with great minds in audio signal processing and it was a very inspiring event for me. Also a very beautiful venue with great view of the lake.

Honoured to receive the "Best Student Paper" award at @IEEE_WASPAA for our work titled "Leveraging Synthetic Data for Improving Music Ensemble Separation" 🥹🎊🥂🥳 What a nice surprise to wrap up my PhD with :)) yay!
