Building software has taught me that users don't remember how difficult something was to build. They remember how easy it was to use. Over the past few weeks, we've been focused on removing unnecessary friction from our onboarding experience. Today, I'm excited to share that Sign in with Apple, Sign up with Apple, Sign in with Google, and Sign up with Google are officially live for iOS users. Whether you're creating a new account or returning to an existing one, you can now get started in just a few taps—faster, simpler, and more securely. Every release is an opportunity to make the product a little better than it was yesterday. This is another step toward delivering an experience that feels effortless from the very first interaction. There are many more improvements in the pipeline, and I look forward to sharing them as they roll out. Onward. 🚀

Another major milestone for Billway. We've successfully completed the rollout of seamless Google and Apple Sign-In, making onboarding and account access faster, smarter, and more secure for our users. The updated mobile app is scheduled for deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on Monday, July 6, 2026. Once the rollout is complete and the update is live, I'll share another announcement so everyone can begin experiencing the new release. One business lesson I've learned firsthand is that profitability and liquidity are not the same thing. A business can have signed contracts, active projects, outstanding invoices, and a healthy pipeline, yet still struggle because cash isn't available when it's needed. I've seen situations where the challenge wasn't a lack of revenue. The challenge was timing. Expenses needed to be paid today, while payments were expected days or weeks later. This is why liquidity matters. Growth is important, but cash flow keeps the business operational. Salaries, infrastructure, vendors, marketing, and day-to-day operations all depend on having sufficient liquidity at the right time. Many founders focus heavily on generating sales. That's important. But managing cash flow with the same level of discipline is what keeps a company stable during growth. Revenue is vanity.
Profit is sanity.
