تتوافق البيئة التنظيمية للمركز مع معايير FATF وIOSCO، وتنظر هيئة مستقلة في المنازعات. ثلاث هيئات، لكل منها حوكمة مستقلة وإطار تشغيلي تكاملي بين الجميع. استقلالية مؤسسية بحكم البنية.

يعد مركز عُمان المالي العالمي كمركز مالي عالمي مستقل إداريًا وتشريعيًا وماليًا، يستند إلى مبادئ القانون العام، وتربط رؤوس الأموال عبر ثلاث قارات.
