An interested audience at @GIMM_Institute Lisbon site to heard the latest in #singlecell and #spatialtranscritomics by Agnieszka Ciesielska from @10xGenomics on the same week that we implemented and ran single cell expression flex (fixed sample, robust, reduce cost per sample)

What a day! Yesterday we managed to get all the sequencers up and running. Nextseq 2000 with sequencing of Malaria single cell libs, MGI G400 with Sea Coral metagenomes and Nanopore PromethION doing adaptive sampling and methylation basecalling in Zebrafish. Kudos to the team

Our partner @IGCiencia offers several genomics services and scientific consulting to other partners of the Project. Its Genomic Unit is equipped with state of the art that allows us to characterize the marine Portuguese biodiversity through DNA or RNA sequencing.
