@KingABigs @pallnandi Yes he is. I always encourage him to say how he is feeling. I can't help it when all I here is "I'm fine" so many times so now I say ok and walk away to do what I need to do. If he needs to talk about it he will come back to me.

I've had it done in front of me and told no she isn't flirting with him and he is just being friendly. The truth is yes he was friendly but she flirted and waved by to him and that to me means she thinks he was showing he is single and open for a relationship when I was standing next to him.
