You follow your own heart and timing. In a world where fans come and go, but haters stay longer, choose yourself and what or who makes you happy. You don't have to smile if you don't want to like when they villainized you that one time. You don't have to be someone else you're not offscreen like how they compare you with others all the time. Just be unapologetically you and let the world prove they deserve you. Dating doesn't mean you're not "ambitious" anymore in your career. It means you're human; you're maturing. It's not wrong to want to live your own love story like the characters you portray. How do people expect you to lead romance dramas if you're forbidden to date even at this age? Perhaps we need to normalize dating in the Chinese industry because it's quite ridiculous to make a 28 year old woman choose between her private life and profession. It shouldn't be that way. She has the freedom and right to enjoy both simultaneously. They don't conflict and if you believe they do, then you're the problem. Dating doesn't affect her ability to act, so leave her alone!
