#ExecutiveEducation | Leadership is not confined to boardrooms. It is equally vital in healing spaces, hospital corridors, and moments of critical decision-making. It was a delight conducting a power-packed weekend session on Strategic and Effective Leadership for the participants of the Executive Programme in Healthcare Management – Batch 3 at IIM Indore. Together, we reflected on how visionary leadership can enable teams to navigate uncertainty and convert challenges into opportunities for impact. The discussions centred around resilience, the art of never giving up, overcoming fear, and making the right decisions. I also shared the art of breaking limiting mindsets, building strategic clarity, and leading with empathy and purpose, with examples from the Mahabharata. What made the session special was the depth of engagement, the willingness to question existing paradigms, and the shared commitment to creating meaningful change. Deeply overwhelmed and grateful for the warmth, affection, and genuine love received from this inspiring group of professionals.
