O Igor mentiu várias vezes no vídeo. Primeiro, ele diz que pagou R$ 50 mil por mês, o que é mentira! Segundo, ele afirma que no contrato estava prevista a transferência da marca, mas isso é outra mentira com base em um documento mal redigido por eles. O contrato, na Cláusula 1.2, cita de forma genérica "marcas e patentes" da HOLDING (Pessoa Jurídica). Só que a incompetência deles ignorou o fato de que a marca estava registrada no meu nome, na minha PESSOA FÍSICA! Uma holding não pode vender ou transferir um bem que pertence ao indivíduo e não à empresa. Estou postando o contrato aqui justamente para provar que ele mentiu e que eles tentam usar essa brecha jurídica de forma desonesta. Terceiro, ele age como se não tivesse ficado com nada, como se o podcast estivesse começando do zero. Ele ignora toda a estrutura, a equipe, a credibilidade e o nome nacionalmente conhecido que o Flow tem. Tanto é que, logo após a minha saída, houve uma campanha maciça para retomar a monetização, graças à reputação gigantesca do programa. Além disso, eles continuaram recebendo convidados de grande relevância logo em seguida, algo que só foi possível devido à construção histórica do Flow nos anos em que eu estive lá. Quarto, ele se esquece de que grande parte do sucesso do Flow, e o fato de ele ter se tornado o que se tornou, foi devido à minha personalidade polêmica, que atraía os olhos de toda a nação. Isso gerou problemas mais tarde, sim, mas foi o que alavancou o programa. Ele surfou na onda e lucrou quando a fase era boa, mas me excluiu e me abandonou quando veio a crise mais pesada.
