🚨BREAKING: Two waves of ballistic missiles launched into Israel tonight—the first arrived while I was with my son at baseball practice. The second reached us before we made it home. One minute it’s swings and grounders. The next, sirens and looking to the sky. This is life in Israel right now—trying to give our kids something normal while everything around us isn’t.

Jordy Alter brought back a special gift from the World Baseball Classic — a signed jersey for Nadav Kamer. Kamer was 15 and a second baseman in the Cadet League when he was severely injured in a terror attack in Ra'anana in January 2024. Nadav sustained brain and spinal cord injuries in the attack, but he has since regained his ability to walk (with support) and continues to contribute to his team as official scorer.

Big shout-out to @MIT_Baseball seniors, @zevmoore613 and @eitan_moore! Yesterday, the twins from Jerusalem and @ILBaseball helped MIT to a big 14-4 NEWMAC Conference win with HRs in the same game for the first time in their college career, Zev's 15th and Eitan's 1st! 💪🏼🇮🇱⚾
