We’re calling on the Governor and House and Senate leadership to convene stakeholder negotiations on the POWER Act so that we can get to work on delivering overdue protections for all Illinois communities.

CRGA, aka the Clean and Reliable Grid Affordability Act, officially goes into effect today! The law expands our access to clean, reliable, and affordable electricity through energy efficiency, transparent planning, and much more.

Today is the day! The NITA Act is officially live, implementing long overdue reforms and providing vital funding to public transit across the state. Thank you to all of the advocates and legislators who worked tirelessly to make this possible!
