Welcome to the Sharks, Ryan Bryggman. Coming from Binghamton University, Ryan brings strong college connections and will be working with our pitching staff. Excited to get him to Wilmington and have him experience what this place is all about.

Welcoming Jason Culley to the staff for his 1st season as an assistant coach. Jason spent 3 seasons in a Sharks uniform & a key part of our 2024 CPL Championship team. After competing in 2025, he steps into coaching-an example of homegrown talent staying invested in the program.

Adam Cardin returns for Year 4 with the Sharks. After helping secure the 2024 CPL Championship, Adam continues to be a steady presence across all aspects of the program. His professional baseball background and deep knowledge of the game make him an invaluable part of what we do

Welcoming back Austin Skipper for another season. Franchise leader in appearances & longest-tenured player in Sharks/CPL history. Joined the staff in 2024 as pitching coach leading the league’s top staff to a CPL Championship. Year 3 as assistant coach,year 8 in a Sharks uniform

Russ Burroughs is back to lead the Wilmington Sharks for Season 6. The all-time winningest coach in Sharks history, Burroughs guided the team to the 2024 CPL Championship and 2 Eastern Division titles. Over 50 players have signed pro contracts, continuing a legacy of excellence
