Dear @metrolosangeles, make the express strict on toll hoppers. Make the fine back to $500. Almost a daily occurrence when a motorist just suddenly hops on the express lane. Another near accident happened to me.

If you’re trying to leave the earth, please don’t hop on the 110 freeway express lane so you can take me with you. Just jump off the building. It’s easy and you can do it by yourself. Also, you should have paid attention to math and science on how to calculate properly merging.
