@ILOVETOUR I am still yet to receive the last bit of my refund. I have received a receipt that says £283, however a few days ago only got £203 - when will I get the other £80 back??

@ILOVETOUR i still have not received my refund. i was told i should have received this by friday and have emailed and DMed multiple times with no response. please help.

@ILOVETOUR Was told that my refund was processed last Thursday, still not arrived 5 working days later guys, getting ridiculous now

@ILOVETOUR still awaiting a refund when others come in my group have had theirs, any idea on timeframe?

@LMatseke Our whole team is working on this so it won't be long. If you would like us to notify you as to why your refund failed in the first place, please email or DM us. We know it can be incredibly frustrating, but we are very nearly finished so you do not have long to wait. Thanks

@ILOVETOUR absolutely ridiculous that I’ve had to wait 5 months for this refund. But then confirm with me a date of 3rd august prior too then telling me it could take up to 10 days until I received the refund. I still don’t have my refund! Now the response is wait another week..

@LMatseke Hi, we finished the refunds for the majority of people well over a week ago, but are now working through the 2nd wave of refunds for accounts that failed. There are only a small percentage of these left but it does take us some time to get through them all.

@ILOVETOUR I would still like it looking into because literally everyone I have spoke to on my tour and people from other teams have got theirs so I’m wondering why I haven’t got mine yet

@meganstarforthx I'm sorry it is taking a little longer for your refund. Unfortunately with over 27,000 refunds, it was never going to be completed overnight. I am confident you won't have to wait much longer. MW

@ILOVETOUR I have emailed, just disappointing when everyone from my tour even those who bank with the same bank as me got their refunds on Thursday and I am still waiting
