Day 9 of the Induction covered Finance, the IMI Way and Mentoring...the evening was spent at the Radisson Blu, the last formal meal for the grads...with some special 'awards' handed out! #nearlytheend! #IMIGrads

Day 8 of the Graduate Induction @imiprecision Fradley UK. Graduates enjoyed manufacturing paper areoplanes as part of the 'Principles of Lean' session followed by a factory tour and Product Training. @TAHydronics @IMICritical #Engineering #IMIGrads

The graduates enjoyed some time @autodesk during the morning of day 7 of the Induction, learning about generative design. H&S and IT presentations were delivered in the afternoon and the @imiprecision and corporate meals with members of the Executive team filled in the evening!
