We need to pass the #HOMEAct1623 for stability! Just over a year ago, temporary rent caps ended in #MoCo. Since then, housing has become unaffordable/unreliable.
Moving frequently is:
➡️disruptive for children/workers,
➡️dangerous for the elderly/disabled,
