"Tim Walz pardoned a child sex offender."
While leaving out that:
the decision was made by a unanimous Board of Pardons,
the applicant had completed his sentence years earlier,
the board considered evidence of rehabilitation, and
the victim herself supported the pardon.
It was a unanimous decision of the Minnesota Board of Pardons not Tim Walz alone.
