My my how the years go by

@theKrabs_11 @TazzPlaysGames catwoman and talia fight the same and so do batman and batgirl. plus they all have the same counter animations and finishers minus a few. the only thing thats unique are the gadgets and even some of those share the same effects as others

If there was one criticism I would have for Lego Batman LOTDK, it would be the character roster. There being only 7 characters makes it the smallest Lego game roster by far. I understand that the idea was to aim for more uniqueness with a smaller total amount of characters. However, I don’t think the characters are unique enough to warrant that. When you’re playing through the story, it works out. But once you’ve beaten that, the shortcomings from this choice really become apparent. There needed to be way more. Collecting characters is a vital part of Lego game end-game and unfortunately this game misses out on that. I still love it, and my rating still stays at 9/10! But it could have been a 10 had they invested more into the character roster.

@INHGamer It seems like there really isn’t any side missions/stories like the Arkham games. Rather all side stuff is just tied to collectibles.

Was going to go for the plat in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight but I just can't be bothered to cleanup all the collectibles on the map because it'll take another 10-15 hours of time I don't have. Overall it was a solid experience and a very fun Batman game. Score: 8/10

This is the smallest of nitpicks but it’s weird that they made the 2008 Lego Batman suit be low poly when it doesn’t even look like that in the original game.

@INHGamer Their gadgets are different though and using them in combat definitely feels different

@TazzPlaysGames I feel like this game would have worked better if they made the villains playable and gave them a part to play in the story like in the first game

@INHGamer I mean they are unique (except for Robin and Nightwing), my issue though is that they’re not unique enough to justify there only being 7 of them

my one pet peeve with lego larpers is they dont know that HALF OF THESE SUITS ARE REAL MINIFIGURES ALMOST EVERY SUIT THAT ALL OF YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT WEREN'T EVER GONNA BE CHANGED FOR THE GAME, THIS IS A TIE IN GAME FOR A REAL TOY DON'T FORGET
