Avoiding carbohydrates is for people with diabetes and metabolic disease. The studies you guys link don't show what you claim, carbohydrates are an important fuel source which is why we eat them, and you need to abandon your strange nutritional cult. 3) I don't care about WeIgHt CoMiNg BaCk. I want to be emaciated for a few training phases. Losing weight to get faster is something I've done many times. It's possible, and when you train at high enough volumes it just happens anyway.

Student refugee visas and community-support/business-support schemes cannot be the only safe routes for refugees. We should not be offering asylum protection based on qualifications, but on the level of need for sanctuary. A person fleeing war is not more deserving of safety because they can “contribute” more.

Something I'm thankful for is being just old enough during the peak of NFTs to think they were stupid. If I had been five years younger, I would be bankrupt with a bunch of monkey pictures that people would screenshot to troll me.

Blocking everyone who's remotely annoying to me on my page makes my user experience on X significantly better. I don't block people who disagree with me, but if you're a dick, I do. Sometimes if it's an account i recognize, I go to their page and search my screen name. If it's their first time being annoying, I don't block them. Usually when I check there's a dozen other comments being annoying. It's always a trend. Then I block. My favorite accounts are the ones with "You block = I win" in their bio. I give them victories. It just makes for a much nicer environment.
