Yesterday, our Connect Us team met with Home Instead at the Quirky Café in Hoylake. This was to discuss potential ways of working in partnership to support the local community in tackling isolation. 🧡

The aim of Baby Nest is to support families of 0-2 year olds, in providing baby essentials free of charge. The aim is to support vulnerable families who may be struggling with various needs, through a period of change in their lives. (2/4)

It's #FeedbackFriday! 🥳 This week we're sharing some lovely feedback we've had for our Community Hub and Connect Us teams who worked in partnership to support an individual. 🧡

Our team spoke with parents around the support we can offer in helping families improve their health & wellbeing. The event was well-attended and enjoyed by everybody who attended. The Reader were also present to share stories. 🧡 (2/2)

Last week, our Family Connectors attended a trip to Calderstones Park, organised by the staff at the St. James Centre for local families. (1/2)
