Our Care Finder’s team’s presentations & Q&A sessions were a hit with over 80 ‘Shed Members’ at Taylor’s Hill and Melton Men’s Sheds during September. Shed members were empowered to navigate the aged care system and shown how to better access services they need. #wellforlife
