The Turkey Delegation Visit focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and Turkey across governmental, academic, and think-tank levels. The delegation was led by Ambassador İrfan Neziroğlu of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Islamabad, and included Ramazan Erdağ, Chairman of the Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Berk Ece, Deputy Head of Mission; Professor İsmail Numan Telci of Ibn Haldun University; Mehmet Köse, Third Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Çağla Ece Atay Zaimoğlu, Third Secretary at the Embassy. Both sides acknowledged the importance of economists, policy experts, and legal scholars in forming sound policy recommendations, and discussed cooperative frameworks involving regional partners such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Azerbaijan, and Bangladesh. The Turkish delegation condemned recent terrorist attacks in Pakistan and expressed solidarity with its people, while participants agreed that the current geopolitical environment requires closer engagement among regional middle powers rather than isolation. Both sides recognized that the international order is transitioning toward multipolarity, where regional cooperation and homegrown solutions will play a larger role in global governance. Think tanks including IPRI and Turkey’s Center for Strategic Research were identified as key platforms for strategic dialogue on issues spanning defense, economic security, and regional stability. Regional initiatives such as CPEC and organizations like the SCO and the Organization of Turkic States were highlighted as important vehicles for connectivity and cooperation. The meeting concluded with both parties committing to formalize their partnership through memorandums of understanding, joint research, and regular institutional engagement, reinforcing the view that lasting peace is best achieved through dialogue and addressing the root causes of conflict.

Director Research & Analysis, Brig. Dr. @WaliRaashid, "Pakistan’s military response was highlighted as decisive, coordinated, and multi-domain in nature, spanning air, land, and cyber domains. Key achievements included neutralizing drones and missile attacks, downing advanced enemy aircraft, and conducting precision strikes on strategic targets, ultimately restoring deterrence balance and compelling external mediation to de-escalate the conflict. The operation was presented as a watershed in modern warfare, demonstrating Pakistan’s successful transition to network-centric, technology-enabled combat. Superior coordination, integrated command systems, and effective use of advanced weaponry enabled a smaller force to outperform a larger but less integrated adversary, achieving simultaneous tactical, operational, and strategic success."

Major Gen. (R) Inam-ul-Haque, "A key operational development was the emergence of multiple “firsts” in the Indo-Pak conflict spectrum, including the use of armed remotely piloted vehicles, exchange of ballistic and cruise missiles (notably India’s BrahMos in a conventional role), and the unprecedented targeting of civilian areas, which collectively marked a significant escalation in the nature and intensity of hostilities. The conflict also extended across land borders, airspace, cyber, and space domains, reflecting a full-spectrum, multi-domain war environment."
