@IQOption I want to escalate that I am not getting any support from the IQ options team where I am unable to login to my account. Further while this is not solved, I have been charged a dormant fee for not using my account. This is a very bad situation and disgraceful

@IQOption There is no reply from this support email to the several emails requesting support. They is help to fix the issue with my account and are blatantly charging me 10 euros each month for the past 2 months as dormancy fees. I have funds in my wallet which are getting debited monthly
