@IRISParentMail our parentmail administrator has left. Your telephone support tells me to log a support ticket on the website, I cannot log into the support website because I do not have a login. What are we supposed to do please?

@IRISParentMail it appears I am not getting all the parentmail emails/notifications whereas my wife is (or at least more than I am). The live chat on the help website doesn't load so not sure how to get in touch with someone.

@IRISParentMail when sending out a parent mail can another language script be pasted into the body of the email? For example a right to left language? Thanks

@IRISParentMail is the service down? I've tried to make a payment several times by visa and then PayPal. My bank authorised the payment but it then won't return to merchant and times out.
