Let’s take a look at just some Restore Britain policies, and you tell me if these make us nazi monsters… - The largest deportation programme ever seen in Britain to remove those migrants living in our country illegally. The entire asylum system will be abolished. The boats will stop. - Net negative immigration. Far more must leave than arrive. - If a foreign national can’t speak English, lives in social housing, claims benefits, doesn’t work, hates our way of life - they go too. We will ensure a level playing field for British farmers. - Restore Britain will force the British public sector will buy British - it will support British farmers, producers and small businesses. - We will encourage and fund youngsters to take up apprenticeships and learn a proper skill instead of some bullshit university degree. Teach children at school the life skills they will actually need in modern Britain. - An education system that teaches, respects and celebrates British history and the triumphant contribution our little island has made to the world. - Businesses freed from crushing regulation, red tape and tax. Reward hard work. Let entrepreneurs enjoy their success. - Lowest corporation tax in Europe. IR35 scrapped. VAT threshold doubled. HMRC brutally slashed back. Dividend thresholds raised. - High streets restored. Safe, secure and welcoming. Business rates for small businesses abolished. Turkish barbers, vape shops and other suspicious businesses investigated. Graffiti cleaned, litter picked. Pavements fixed. We will make Britain clean again, and we will take pride in our communities again. - We will implement free parking in select areas to drive back footfall from the retail parks and back into our town centres. Councils will be forced to accept common sense. - Fly-tippers will be crushed under the law. It will not be tolerated. Foreigners indulging in the destruction of our countryside will be deported. - Personal tax slashed. Trust families to spend their money, not the bureaucrats. - Put pro-family policy at the heart of everything we do. If British families want to have more children, let’s use the power of the state to enable that. Make childcare more accessible and more affordable. - Reform family courts - so that good, decent fathers, and mothers, are not kept away from their children for malicious reasons. This is important. - Trust parents to make the best decisions for their families. A limited number of days for a term-time holiday for well-developed children. This is just common sense. - Restore Britain will make Britain safe again. No-nonsense policing that does what it needs to do. Widespread stop and search back - accusations of racism will stop nothing. Brutal sentences for carrying a knife. Foreign criminals deported, third world sex pests removed before their feet can touch the ground. - Welfare radically slashed back. Those who can work, will work. Protect free speech. - Defund the rotten BBC. Make it a subscription service and let it wither on the vine. - A binding referendum on the reintroduction of the death penalty for the most evil criminals. One of my favourites. - A national strategy, working from the findings of the rape gang inquiry, to ruthlessly tackle and decapitate the national crime network of primarily Pakistani muslim sexual slavery, torture and murder. - Restore Britain will end political Islam. Abolish postal voting except for those in genuine need. Remove voting rights for foreign nationals. - Foreign language translation ended, in the NHS and beyond. You live in England, you speak English. - The NHS will be restored as the NATIONAL health service. Serving British people as its first and only priority. It will accept ultra-high skilled migrants to work, it will not support millions of low-skilled migrants who contribute nothing, yet take so much. - Free car parking for NHS staff, patients and visitors on tight permits. We all pay for the NHS, we shouldn’t be ripped off for the sodding parking too. Especially medical staff. - Medical school caps will be demolished. We will allow talented young British men and women to train in medicine - the NHS will then be forced to employ them over foreign staff. We will prioritise our own people. - Reclaim our fisheries - take back our seas and take back our fish. We will take back control. Finally. - The quangocracy will end. Power will be returned to the people through their MPs. Parliament will be empowered. - Restore Britain will crush the parasitic state. It will all be hacked back in the most spectacular fashion. Unlike anything Britain has seen before. I cannot wait. A Restore Britain Government will protect our people, protect our interests, protect our borders. We will leave you alone to build a business, work hard, raise a family and enjoy your success in a safe and secure Britain. Finally, a political party that will put the British people first. Stress kills and as a full time trader and father of two under 2.5 years old I think I may be more proud of this than anything 😅. Biological age 7.9 years younger than my chronological age after a very comprehensive blood panel. My panel wasn’t perfect as I found out I’ve got an autoimmune issue but fortunately caught it early and have incorporated holistic fixes. Goal is to recheck annually and see if I can continue widening the biological age gap.

Why high reps are a longer, more faulty road to the same destination: Both eventually arrive at mechanical tension in the last 4-5 reps from failure. Low reps: Direct route, minimal detours, arrive fresh High reps: Scenic route through metabolic distress valley, arrive exhausted You both get there. But the high-rep trainee: - Took longer to arrive - Accumulated more damage along the way - Needs more recovery before the next journey - Can only make the trip once a week The low-rep trainee makes the same trip three times a week because the journey doesn't destroy them. After a month, who's made more progress? Not the person who took the scenic route.

If a General Election were to be held tomorrow, who would you vote for?

As you know, farming is very close to my heart. I have had lots of questions on what Restore Britain would do for rural Britain. The following points will form the basis of our Restore Britain agriculture policy. Above all else, we are clear that food security is national security. Without it, the country starves to death. It really is that simple. So what would Restore Britain deliver for British farmers? Fix delayed and unpredictable subsidy payments. Payments must be on time and reliable. Cashflow matters for farmers. I am one. I understand better than most. Uncertainty is a real killer. Anyone in farming knows how volatile the system is. Mutating rules are impossible to follow. Not to mention the ludicrous staff turnover at DEFRA. Farming is a long term, capital intensive business. It needs one thing above all else. STABILITY. Farmers need a five to ten year plan, absolute minimum. I pushed DEFRA on this - I received a totally clueless response. They just don’t care. Slash and simplify red tape - and let farmers FARM. Enough inspections for the sake of inspections. Enough paperwork that adds cost but no value. Stop the endless form filling. Hours and hours farmers spend filling out these pointless sodding forms. Restore Britain will get farmers FARMING. Reform DEFRA and Natural England from top to bottom. These bodies have become obstacles rather than enablers. They need root-and-branch change. Mass sackings. Bring in people with genuine agricultural experience. The current inhabitants are city-dwelling liberals who understand nothing about rural Britain. Not good, not working, not acceptable. Start again. Review the power of the supermarket distribution oligopoly. A handful of buyers hold excessive power over our farmers. Producers should not be forced to sell at such low costs while a tiny number of supermarkets protect their margins - urgent review needed. Restore Britain will deliver fair competition. Ensure fairness. British farmers are required to meet ultra high standards, so imports must meet the same. They do, or they don’t come in. British farmers must not be undercut by overseas producers benefiting from cheaper transport, lower standards, and often hidden state support. With Restore Britain, fair competition means equal rules. End the punishment of farmers under lunatic Net Zero policies. Farmers should not be penalised for heating buildings, running machinery, or producing food. When China burns through a mountain of coal every few seconds, we must realise that British farmers are not the enemy. Scrap EU-era rules we no longer have to follow. Keep what works. Bin what doesn’t. Brexit should mean regulatory freedom. We left. Despite the total mess it has been, we must at least get some of the benefits for British farming. Relax and radically simplify planning. Restore Britain will allow and encourage diversification - farm shops, processing, storage, tourism, and sensible on-farm development. Give tax breaks for diversification and stop blocking rural enterprise. Overhaul planning. Hand the power to responsible farmers, and away from the council planning toads. It's their land, they should be able to do what they like (within reason.) Protect family farms through fair taxation. Restore Britain would scrap the farming tax in its entirety. Scrap ALL inheritance tax. And not just for farmers, but for everyone. We must help older farmers pass farms on to the next generation without being punished for doing so. Invest in people. Restore Britain would expand farming apprenticeships. Help vocationally minded young people into agriculture. We would give the next generation of farmers a future that they are willing to dedicate their life too. It is a risk. If they take it and succeed, they should be rewarded. Back British labour. Make it easier for British workers to take up farm work. Use benefit claimants who constantly refuse work to pick vegetables or whatever. We DO NOT need cheap unskilled foreign labour. We’ve got it right here. Clamp down on seasonal visas - it’s being abused to import low-skilled labour from incompatible cultures that go on to overstay their visa, commit crime and generally become a nuisance to our society. Support domestic fertiliser and input production. Restore Britain would immediately act to reduce reliance on volatile global supply chains for essential inputs. Food security depends on input security. This is so important. Without this, there is no farming. You don’t just plant a seed in the ground and there’s a vegetable months later, despite what many MPs believe. Scrap the proposed firearms licence changes. They are unnecessary, bureaucratic, and would criminalise responsible farmers while doing absolutely nothing for public safety. We would leave responsible gun owners alone. Public sector buying British. This is a huge, untapped market. We’ve got schools and hospitals shipping in poor quality produce from overseas, rather than purchasing from local farmers. That’s wrong. Even if it’s slightly more expensive, the knock-on effects for the economy will be vast. The public sector is a vast buying power - use it to back OUR farmers. A Restore Britain Government would BUY BRITISH. Enforce CLEAR labelling. People must know exactly what they are buying - where it was produced, to what animal welfare and food safety standards, and under which regulatory regime. No misleading packaging. Make it abundantly clear what is British and what is not. We all want to support our farmers, let’s make it as easy as possible. Non-stun slaughter, banned. I have been consistent on this. It is cruel, barbaric and un-British. Animal welfare comes ahead of religious exemptions. Both halal and kosher slaughter would be banned, happily. This is the basis of Restore Britain's policy for rural Britain. There will be much more to come. I believe it is all logical, and would deliver the food security that Britain so desperately needs in an uncertain world. Farmers - it’s been a long time, I know. But you finally have a political party that will fight for you. Not just to reverse recent changes, but to fundamentally overhaul the ENTIRE system. Restore Britain is on your side. I hope you consider backing us.

People keep posting, hoping for a merger between @_AdvanceUK and @RestoreBritain_ For the record: On Saturday I made an open offer to merge with Restore, to which we have yet to have a response. In that offer I made it clear that I would not allow my own personal position to stand in the way of a merger. We cannot be more accommodative or generous than that. The offer stands. The ball is in Restore's court. Until then it is business as usual. Our membership has grown a great deal over the weekend. We are continuing to make policies and recruit candidates. Our focus is rightly on winning Gorton & Denton. Advance is a first class party. The best structured in the country; perhaps the best structured party ever in British history. It puts democracy at its heart. We stand for our Mission Statement, including the country in all its parts and for all its people. Serious principled politics.
